RECREATING MY OWN FOLEY SOUNDS

 

HERE IS THE VIDEO I USED TO RECREATE MY OWN FOLEY SOUNDS WITH:

For my first part of sound to recreate:

1- door opening (using my door in my house)  

I used my own door to replicate the field sound and match the sequence above:

Here is the sound that I made myself to replicate that of the movie:

For my second Foley sound replication 

2- door slamming shut (using my door)  

I again used my door to re-create the same sound from the video:

Next, to replicate the third sound: 

3- switching lights of (I can use my own light switches)  

I used my light switches in my house:

And created this sound:

Next to replicate another sound from the video: 

4- running footsteps (film myself running)  

I placed my phone on the floor and recorded my own running footsteps:

Next, to replicate this sound: 

5- Back slamming into kitchen equipment (I can use a metal tray that I have at home)  

I used a metal tray that I had at home:

For my next foley sound: 

6- Dinosaur breathing and blowing out air (I can use wooded materials to scrape and make a slight purring sound and then using the floor and my feet to create an airy ‘sweeping’ sound  

I firstly used my own voice to recreate the dinosaur purring:

 and to create the big sigh, I used my foot against the wall:
