Genre: Thriller
- The scene opens with a young woman walking along the street listening to very upbeat music with the sound coming though her headphones, as she walks along carefree listening and 'singing' along.
- The focus switches from the girl and to the footsteps of a man who is clearly walking nearby with a suspecting tone in the music.
- As the scene progresses, the camera constantly switches between the girl walking and the extreme close ups of the man following, however not showing his face.- The girl is ‘unaware’ he is following her; however, a slight hint is expressed as the camera is positioned in front of the girl as she breaks the fourth wall as her eye line catches the camera.
- The tension continues to grow as the pace picks up in the music and transitions. Showing close ups of the man following her.
- The girl turns a corner, and the man follows. He is met by a gun pointed at his head, where we are finally shown the man's identity.
- The gun clicks as the music beat drops, the soundtrack switches from the diegetic music through her headphones to a non-diegetic soundtrack.
The scene cuts to a blackout as the gun shot is fired as the music keeps playing.
Big, colorful titles (which juxtapose what has just happened) begin playing as the camera focuses on the man as he bleeds out and we see the girl putting her headphones on, looking at the body and then walking off carelessly in the background out of focus.
Here are some examples of the type of font of the titles:
- The narrative will follow the main characters killings, throughout the country. Meanwhile a documentary crew 'follows' the characters trial filming about 'England's female serial killers'. The plot follows the serial killer playing 'games' with the film crew as they play cat and mouse.
